MISSION STATEMENT     The Silent Mind's Mission is to guide individuals in the fulfillment of their unique potential in body, mind, and spirit through knowledge, the healing arts, and enlightened fitness practices.

    Welcome to The Silent Mind.  Here, we take an enlightened approach to fitness and health.  We’re located in Twinsburg, Ohio on Twinsburg Town Square.  Our 3600 square foot studio encompasses a retail area containing healthy and interesting holistic products, two workout rooms for our classes and seminars, and our in-house partners the Wellspring Studio and NEO Acupuncture.

    Our goal is to assist and guide you on your journey towards perfect health and spiritual enlightenment.  You see, now like no other time in human history, we have the ability to reclaim our spiritual birthright.  Would you like to learn more?

    The Silent Mind conducts weekly classes and special seminars in popular enlightened fitness practices like:  Yoga, T’ai Chi Ch’uan, Qigong, Meditation, and Deeksha entrainments.  Would you like to learn more?

    We offer a full compliment of martial art classes conducted by Your Best Defense Martial Arts Center and Three Streams School of Aikido, Aiki-Jujutsu and Self Defense.  Weekly classes include:  Kickboxing, Yi Ran Dao kung fu, Aikido and Aiki Jujutsu, and our kids programs called AboutFace and Lil’ Dragons.  Would you like to learn more?
