About The Event

This is a GREAT opportunity to experience a little taste of our martial art programs for kids, teens, and adults. We'll run mini-classes teaching a little of each art: Aikido, Goshin Jujutsu, Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, , Kung Fu, and T'ai Chi Ch'uan. The mini-classes are just 15-20 minutes long designed for you to experience the training and decide what you'd like to study. Meet our instructors and ask them your questions.

Come anytime between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. and stay as long as you like. We'll have Fun, Food, Games, and Martial Arts for all. This event is FREE and open to the public. We want to meet YOU!

You can Register right here, or give us a call at the school at (888) 463-6179 to RSVP you and your family or group. If you leave a message please give us your name, phone number, and number in your party.

The Silent Mind is a Non-Profit Community Martial Art School. Our mission is to introduce children and adults to the life-changing benefits of martial art training. The Silent Mind believes martial art training is a means of self-development as much as it is a means of self-defense. Our goal is to enhance the lives of our students through physical fitness, self-defense, and a quieter mind.
